Portfolio Data Operations Analyst

Addepar is a global data and AI platform empowering investment professionals to turn complex financial information into actionable intelligence. The Portfolio Data Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring Addepar’s clients have timely and high quality data, and collaborating with internal teams to address client data inquiries and requests.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in the financial investment/advisory industry
• Deep knowledge of capital markets, trade processing and lifecycle, and middle/back-office operations systems
• Excellent attention to details and problem solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of multitasking and prioritising effectively
• Team-oriented, balanced, and forward thinking
• Technical skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Jira, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or other common financial services systems and applications
