We are a leading financial platform building the future of payments, shopping, and banking. We are looking for a Data Scientist to design, build, and operate the Decision Intelligence Engines that power Addi’s personalized customer journeys. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in data science and recommender systems, and will be responsible for designing and deploying models to predict customer behaviors and risks, optimizing marketing strategies, and improving overall engagement with Addi’s platform.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record in Data Science & Recommender Systems
  • Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in a quantitative field
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Data Science roles
  • Deep theoretical understanding of machine learning algorithms
  • History of building and scaling personalization engines
  • Direct experience navigating the complexities of two-sided marketplaces
  • Specific success in deploying models that improve user discovery or conversion
  • Ability to architect and scale personalization engines
  • Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics
  • Capacity to lead a project from initial problem framing to production deployment
  • Solid expertise in Decision Intelligence & NBA
  • Experienced in building Next Best Action models
  • Possesses Advanced Engineering & AI Orchestration Skills
  • Mastery of Python, SQL, and PySpark
  • Proficiency in deep learning frameworks
  • Track Record of Rigorous Experimental Design
  • Displays a Segment-Aware Growth Mindset
