Role Overview
The Home Care Territory Sales Manager develops and maintains relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals for home care services. They will work with a team to build a consistent source of referrals and ensure effective communication and collaboration with branch staff and field sales resources.
What You Will Do
The Home Care Territory Sales Manager will educate healthcare professionals on the benefits of home care services, build relationships with the community, and conduct presentations using audio visual tools. They will also be responsible for initiating service agreements, maintaining and documenting marketing expenditures, and assisting with public relations outreach.
