Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Sr. Data Analyst will support adidas North America’s business functions as an expert on data topics, analytics, and technology. The role will drive and enhance the reporting and data visualization portfolio, dissecting and structuring complex business problems.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with business partners to create or modify reports, dashboards, and data solutions. Apply business knowledge to ensure data accuracy and create data distribution processes. Identify opportunities to streamline processes through the existing Business Insights tech stack.

Requirements

• Proven success in creating and maintaining databases, data integrity, data flows, and data storage in an enterprise database management system
• Expertise in creating reports and analysis that directly impact decision making at the senior management level
• Ability to effectively present information both orally and in written form and respond to questions from senior management, managers, stakeholders, cross-functional business leaders, and peers
• Work experience in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence or similar)
• Ability to troubleshoot and define problems, to collect and interpret data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to find a solution
