Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital ad sales with a proven track record of success in selling to brands and agencies.
- Understanding the programmatic ecosystem
- Excellent media and communication skills
- Consultative and diagnosis-driven selling approach
- Strong relationship-building skills within brands and agencies
- Enthusiasm about the fundamentals of sales, adept at measuring effectiveness and comfortable engaging with potential clients
- Ability to thrive in a startup team environment, embracing change and autonomy
- Excellent presentation skills with confidence in executive-level interactions
- Fluent English
