Senior Sales Operations Analyst

We are hiring for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Creativity & Productivity (C&P) ANZ Sales Operations team to be based in Sydney. The role requires an experienced operations professional to act as a trusted advisor to the Regional Sales Leader for ANZ while working closely with the APAC wide C&P Sales Operations team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in sales operations or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to be successful working in highly matrixed organization and able to build support and strong relationships with key stakeholders and peers.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience in CRM and data visualization tools (e.g. SFDC, Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
• High proficiency in English (written and oral).
