Closing Sales Lead – Brown Jug – Scooter

Role Overview

As a Sales Lead, you’ll engage with customers, provide top-notch customer service, and help educate them about the great products we offer. You’ll assist the closing shift at the Brown Jug Scooter Store.

What You Will Do

Greet customers, recommend additional items, answer customer questions, motivate sales associates, and educate customers on company initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge or interest in wine, beer, and/or spirits
• Retail sales experience or related customer service training
