Role Overview

The ideal candidate is a Salesforce Administrator who is naturally curious and learning-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

What You Will Do

Provide day-to-day user support, serve as the Subject Matter Expert for users of database systems, and maintain database systems documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Systems, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to three years of experience in a related position
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (201)
  • Proficiency in administering core Salesforce functions and the Lightning UI
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling and platform architecture
  • Ability to utilize Excel to support reporting, database audits, and maintenance needs
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
