Project Manager | New Business Development/Venture Incubation

Role Overview

The NBD Project Manager is responsible for driving the incubation of Advantech’s New Business Development (NBD) topics. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate resources, monitor progress, and move each topic toward a fundable, executable Business Plan (BP).

What You Will Do

Research technology, market, and industry trends to identify and validate new NBD topics. Partner with Business Owners to develop and refine each topic’s BP and go-to-market strategy. Identify potential partners for synergic collaborations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, project management, strategy planning, and market research.
• Proven ability to conduct market analysis and translate findings into actionable business plans.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to track multiple initiatives and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
