Role Overview

The Strategy and Growth Program Manager implements standardized procedures to streamline project management tasks, collaborates with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals, and works with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

• Project and process management skills
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and organize and integrate organizational priorities and deadlines
• Capacity to relate to people in a manner that wins confidence and establishes support
• Exhibit competency in all Microsoft products
• Exposure to federal and state health care laws and regulations
• Experience in Strategic Planning, particularly within health care / health system provider setting
