Senior Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will manage and scale the Commercial Salesforce Org, evolving the Sales Cloud solution to enable the Commercial teams to scale effectively.

What You Will Do

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will perform various tasks, including Salesforce configuration changes, data management, proactive system maintenance, user support, and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge
  • At least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Flow, SOQL integration patterns, security, and authentication
  • Basic understanding of Triggers Apex, LWC/Aura components, Web Services, and APIs
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
