As an Implementation Engineer, you will guide technical teams through the design and launch phases of their integrations, ensuring a smooth implementation process and maintaining open lines of communication with our merchants and internal teams.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and web technologies (e.g., JavaScript/HTML)
- Proactive learning with high learning velocity, demonstrated by ability to quickly grasp complex technical documentation and master new product logic
- Eager to transition from a technical focus into a hybrid, merchant-facing role
- Excellent written and spoken business English and Spanish
