Role Overview

The Salesforce Agentforce Administrator configures and improves Agentforce solutions for Salesforce Sales Cloud processes, including Lead Capture, Lead-to-Opportunity, and Retail Discount Management.

What You Will Do

Configure and maintain Salesforce Agentforce solutions, manage agents, topics, prompts, actions, and sources of knowledge, and create and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field
• Approximately 3-5 years of Salesforce experience in an Administrator or configuration-focused role
• Hands-on Agentforce experience with agents, topics, instructions, actions, and prompts
• Intermediate to advanced Data Cloud knowledge, particularly for Agentforce use cases
