Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 company that creates award-winning software for Fortune 500 brands and trailblazing startups. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
• Upper-intermediate English level
