Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. This person also brings AI-assisted capabilities like Agentforce into production, improving sales and service workflows across the platform.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration. Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
• Upper-intermediate English level
