Finance Operations Solution Senior Analyst

Role Overview

The Finance Operations Solution Senior Analyst will be part of key projects, monitoring and analyzing financial data, and contributing to designing new and enhancing existing processes to improve financial data integrity. The role will enable the individual to acquire a good understanding of Agoda’s business objectives and operational processes.

What You Will Do

Perform financial reconciliations, analyze and interpret data discrepancies, prepare reports, and communicate results to stakeholders. Identify issues, recognize patterns, and collaborate with stakeholders to provide solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting or Consulting or a related area
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, strong English is a must
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze, significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to think out of the box
• Data driven and process oriented
• Adaptable and fast learner who can work independently in a dynamic work environment
