Aily Labs is a B2B SaaS company building an AI-powered decision intelligence app for enterprises. We are looking for Data Scientists who are passionate about the power of AI and who thrive at the intersection of business, analytics, and AI: someone who not only trains models but also deeply understands the business context in which they’re applied.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience
  • Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven features and products, including forecasting, recommendation systems, predictive models, and LLM-powered solutions for real business use cases.
  • Own and drive end-to-end ML systems, from problem definition and experimentation to production pipelines, monitoring, and continuous model improvement.
  • Define technical direction and AI domain roadmaps, turning ambiguous business challenges into scalable AI solutions and structured execution plans.
  • Lead multiple AI projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data) and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Translate business needs into AI strategies, aligning stakeholders and estimating the impact of AI solutions on business KPIs and outcomes.
  • Set technical standards and best practices in machine learning, MLOps, and code quality while driving excellence in Python, SQL, and production ML systems.
  • Mentor and lead data scientists, providing technical guidance, developing team capabilities, and fostering impactful cross-functional collaboration.
