We are looking for Data Scientists who are passionate about the power of AI and who thrive at the intersection of business, analytics, and AI: someone who not only trains models but also deeply understands the business context in which they’re applied.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience
- Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven features and products, including forecasting, recommendation systems, predictive models, and LLM-powered solutions for real business use cases.
- Own and drive end-to-end ML systems, from problem definition and experimentation to production pipelines, monitoring, and continuous model improvement.
- Define technical direction and AI domain roadmaps, turning ambiguous business challenges into scalable AI solutions and structured execution plans.
- Lead multiple AI projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data) and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
- Translate business needs into AI strategies, aligning stakeholders and estimating the impact of AI solutions on business KPIs and outcomes.
- Set technical standards and best practices in machine learning, MLOps, and code quality while driving excellence in Python, SQL, and production ML systems.
- Mentor and lead data scientists, providing technical guidance, developing team capabilities, and fostering impactful cross-functional collaboration.
