We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team at Air Apps. As a People Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our HR and recruiting operations, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of key people-related processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby
- Proficient in LinkedIn tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiar with other sourcing platforms and talent engagement strategies
- Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with the Portuguese labor law framework
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Portuguese proficiency is a bonus
