Role Overview

The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will lead corporate G&A financial forecasting and planning, including review, variance analysis, and partnership with key stakeholders. The role requires deep expertise in financial modeling and strong executive communication skills.

The Director will lead enterprise-level financial planning and analysis for Corporate G&A and compensation, delivering clear, decision-ready insights on performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience
  • 5+ years in compensation planning
  • Modeling complex compensation structures preferred
  • Private equity experience preferred
  • Proven success building and leading high-performing FP&A teams
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex, data-driven insights clearly and concisely to senior leadership and external stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical and technical skills, including expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong finance and accounting fundamentals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive results
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • CFA, CPA, or CMA preferred
