Role Overview
This is a 3-year rotational program designed to develop the next generation of multifamily real estate leaders. Through six, six-month rotations, analysts gain hands-on experience across key business functions, including FP&A, Operations Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Insights, Investments, Asset Management, and Revenue & Performance.
What You Will Do
Conduct in-depth analysis of large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights related to asset performance, market dynamics, and resident behavior. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive portfolio optimization.

Requirements
- Graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between December 2026 and June 2027
- Strong desire to learn how to be a well-rounded multifamily investment, asset management, and operations professional
- Experience with MS Excel
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
