Role Overview
AIR Communities is seeking a motivated professional to join their Finance team as a Manager of Corporate FP&A. The role will be responsible for managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual Corporate G&A financial processes, including reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and process improvements.
What You Will Do
The Manager will manage financial planning and analysis for Corporate G&A and cash flow reporting, delivering accurate, timely insights on performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.

Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, or related experience
- Experience developing cash flow models and translating results into actionable insights
- Private equity experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing complex FP&A processes and developing or supervising team members
- Ability to handle highly sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Advanced analytical and technical skills, including expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CFA, CPA, or CMA preferred
