Role Overview
AIR Communities is one of the country’s largest owners and operators of multifamily housing, managing high-quality communities across the country. The FP&A Manager will manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual Corporate G&A financial processes, including reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and process improvements.
What You Will Do
The Manager will manage financial planning and analysis for Corporate G&A and cash flow reporting, delivering accurate, timely insights on performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.

Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, or related experience, including experience with cash flow reporting and forecasting
- Experience developing cash flow models and translating results into actionable insights preferred
- Private equity experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing complex FP&A processes and developing or supervising team members
- Ability to handle highly sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex, data-driven insights clearly and concisely to senior leaders and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced analytical and technical skills, including expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong finance and accounting fundamentals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive results
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CFA, CPA, or CMA preferred

- Expected base salary of $138,000- $155,000
