Services Delivery Capability Enablement Manager

Role Overview

Lead a project team to drive the enablement of new services and customizations across the MDS, MPS, and MCS businesses. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure services or customizations are enabled on time. Provide expert support to different teams on delivery capabilities enabled.

What You Will Do

Project manage end-to-end the design, development, and implementation of new managed services &/or customizations. Stakeholder management across delivery functions and operations, category, pursuit, and portfolio. Project planning and reporting, services costing and updates, identification of tools enhancements to support new services and automation.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units and with global projects, or a related field. Must have advanced subject matter knowledge, lead complex projects, and exercise independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units and with global projects, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
