We are hiring a Predictive Analytics Engineer to drive proactive, condition-based maintenance and asset reliability across our plants in the East Asia Pacific (EAP) region. The role involves deploying, maintaining, and revamping predictive models for key rotating equipment, identifying opportunities for improvement, and managing and reducing false positive alerts. The engineer will also be responsible for anticipating reliability or performance deviations, minimizing unplanned downtime, and ensuring the transition to planned maintenance interventions.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical), Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant industrial environment, such as process engineering or reliability management.
- Excellent communication skills, a high degree of autonomy, the ability to learn quickly, and resilience to work under pressure
