Role Overview
As Regional Sales Manager, you will take on a key role in the strategic and operational management of our regional sales. Your focus will be on achieving challenging sales and margin targets, as well as leading, motivating and actively developing your sales team.

Requirements
- Completed degree (technical, economic or natural sciences) or commercial education
- 4-6 years of solid professional experience in the industrial or investment goods sector
- Leadership skills with a strong strength in employee coaching, conflict management and de-escalation
- Developed analytical skills, high commercial competence and entrepreneurial thinking
- Confident communication in German and English
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Tools and PowerBI; SAP knowledge is an advantage
