Engineering Project Manager (Delivery Enablement Specialist)

Role Overview

As an Engineering Delivery Enablement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in turning complex engineering challenges into successful outcomes. You’ll lead engineering projects and programmes from planning through to delivery, achieving agreed safety, quality, timeline and budget outcomes.

What You Will Do

You’ll develop integrated project plans, aligning milestones, resources and dependencies to keep complex initiatives on track, and coordinate engineering changes, aircraft modifications and strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with aviation regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in engineering, project or programme delivery, ideally within aviation, aerospace, manufacturing or another regulated environment
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple teams, balancing priorities while delivering quality outcomes
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and governance
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to build relationships, engage stakeholders and navigate technical challenges
• Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to improving processes and delivering practical solutions
• A relevant qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Aviation Management or equivalent practical experience
