Role Overview
As a Marketing Data and Technology Specialist, you’ll help teams around the business deliver personalised experiences to millions of customers by making sure we get the most from our marketing and advertising platforms.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the marketing and advertising technology stack, platform integrations and data flows to support effective solution design, troubleshooting and marketing delivery.

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant business, analytical, or technology discipline
- Experience with omnichannel communication platforms (e.g. Braze), customer data platforms (e.g. Hightouch), data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake), experimentation platforms (e.g. Optimizely), advertising technology (e.g. Google Marketing Platform, Flashtalking, Meta) or comparable technologies
- Experience applying artificial intelligence-enabled marketing, automation, personalisation or journey optimisation
- Knowledge of marketing best practice, data governance, privacy legislation, and customer lifecycle automation
- Strong documentation, communication, and training delivery skills
- Experience or interest in solution design, architecture, or cyber security would be beneficial, but is not essential
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or similar
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, simplify technical complexity, and bring intellectual curiosity to unfamiliar problems and emerging technology
