Role Overview
The Connectivity Partner Manager will own the health and growth of Airbnb’s network of connectivity providers, including channel managers, property management systems (PMS), central reservation systems (CRS) and other integration partners.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will own end-to-end connection performance across a network of connectivity partners, deliver day-to-day support through scaled programs, and troubleshoot partner technical issues to ensure performance.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a Connectivity Partner Manager or Technical Partner Manager role within a global technology or hospitality tech company
- Strong understanding of hospitality/travel software; PMS, CRS, Channel Managers
- Proficiency in SQL, Looker and Excel
- Tableau, Asana, Jira and Salesforce experience preferred
- Solid technical troubleshooting skills and project management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong quantitative skills with a proven ability to leverage data in decision-making
- Adaptability to shifting priorities, projects, and deadlines
- Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy—being an Airbnb host is a plus
