As a Senior Sales Development Representative / Inbound SDR, you’ll be an integral part of the North America Sales team, qualifying potential customers and working closely with Account Executives to expand Aircall’s customer base.
Requirements
- Skilled communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Intercom and Salesforce
- Experience working in a customer-facing position, preferably in sales or a similar field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and superior time management skills
- Ability to be autonomous, take initiative, and truly own your own success
