Role Overview

The Head of Growth Data Science will lead the team responsible for using data, experimentation, and advanced analytics to accelerate global growth. The team partners closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and regional business leaders to identify growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle.

What You Will Do

The Head of Growth Data Science will act as a strategic data partner to senior leaders, translate complex analyses into clear recommendations, and establish a consistent framework for measuring growth performance.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative strategy, including 5+ years leading high-performing teams, and a strong technical foundation in experimentation, causal inference, and machine learning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative strategy
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing technical teams
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R
  • Experience working with modern data platforms and tooling
