Senior Data Scientist, Analytics

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will shape product and business strategy through rigorous quantitative analysis, experimentation, and statistical thinking. You will work from our Singapore office five days a week.

You will drive product and business decisions by translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. You will build scalable analytics systems and decision frameworks that help teams understand what changed, determine what to do next, and learn whether an action worked.

Requirements

• At least five years of industry experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• A degree in Computer Science, a quantitative discipline, or a related field.
• Expert-level experience with SQL and Python, R, or comparable scripting and statistical tools.
• Strong experience applying statistical analysis, experimentation, and quantitative methods to drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets to solve ambiguous business or product problems.
• Experience communicating analytical findings and recommendations to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• A track record of influencing product strategy, investment decisions, or roadmaps through data.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and schema design.
