Sales Operations Manager

Role Overview

Ajax Systems, an international tech company and the largest manufacturer of security systems in Europe, is seeking a Sales Operations Manager. This role is based in Kyiv with relocation to Dubai, UAE. The company offers end-to-end solutions for protecting homes and businesses and employs 5,000 specialists.

What You Will Do

Serve as a contact person for customers regarding sales-related inquiries and provide a high level of service. Support the Business Development function, administer contracts, manage order history, and coordinate shipping with logistics and production departments.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers and managing sales-related documentation

• Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics, logistics, or administration
