Role Overview

Join the Sales Effectiveness team at Alan, a company building a new standard in prevention insurance. The team runs critical, strategic, and data-driven projects at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance. You’ll work across the full sales organization, from Account Executives to BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success Managers.

What You Will Do

Own effectiveness initiatives end to end, setting the roadmap, designing the solution, building it, driving execution, and managing change across the organization. You’ll spend meaningful time in the field to spot gaps in our sales process, then design smarter workflows by eliminating steps and increasing automation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness)
  • Strong ownership and project management skills
  • Builder mindset and love being hands-on
  • Solid SQL skills
  • Real experience working with AI
  • Proven automation / low-code expertise
  • Comfortable with CRM fundamentals, specifically Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full working proficiency in French and at least an advanced level in English
