Role Overview
The Sales Manager will lead and innovate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to increase sales, total gross dollars, and market share. They will create and implement pricing, promotion, assortment, and shelf planograms for each assigned category, based on detailed analysis of past performance and results, industry best practices, and consumer trends. The Sales Manager will partner with corporate merchants to maximize category performance and vendor relationships.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include creating yearly category business plans, meeting or exceeding projected sales and profit contribution, creating detailed pricing strategies, and designing schematics and recommending adjacencies. The Sales Manager will also maintain weekly, quarterly, and yearly scorecards to track sales, gross profit dollars, and share of each category.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales management or related field
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
