Requirements

  • Experienced in Business Development / Sales / BDR, ideally in Fintech, SaaS or Financial Services.
  • Proven experience as a hunter, generating high-value outbound opportunities.
  • History of success working with high-value enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interact with executive profiles (C-Level).
  • CRM tool management.
  • High results orientation and resilience.
  • Intermediate-advanced English (desirable).
  • Strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Persistence and proactivity.
  • Revenue and results focus.
  • Ability to personalize high-impact messages.
