The Sr. Associate, Surgical Product/Brand Marketing role is responsible for driving marketing strategies for product ranges, enhancing patient outcomes through advanced technologies, and fostering meaningful interactions with patients and eye care providers.
Requirements
- Collect and analyze market data to forecast trends and develop marketing strategies for assigned product ranges
- Monitor the execution and effectiveness of marketing strategies using tools like SalesForce and Pitcher, and through regular exchanges with the sales force and field presence
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with Global structures to inform them about the market, gain support, and prepare localized materials, documents, and programs for clients
- Propose and adapt promotional tools and content for the sales force and clients
- Develop partnerships with leaders and decision-makers for assigned product ranges
- Coordinate with logistics, customer service, finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Research and Development departments to optimize product management
- Propose and adhere to marketing budgets to achieve product range objectives
- Actively participate in organizing events and surgery congresses
