- Native German and very good English
- Proven B2B experience with concrete, measurable results
- Hands-on experience in Paid Social, Landing Pages, and CRO – you know how it works and do it yourself
- Data-first mindset: you win data, interpret it, and lead decisions from it
- AI as a lived working method – content creation, automation, process optimization
- Functional HubSpot understanding
