Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support the FP&A team in a publicly traded, high-growth organization near Portland, ME. This role offers strong exposure to leadership and a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, expense tracking, and reconciliation of financial data
• Partner with accounting to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reporting
• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and business initiatives
• Analyze operating expenses and identify key drivers behind variances to plan and prior periods
• Prepare reporting packages and presentations for both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Support business leaders with headcount, expense tracking, and financial insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and improve forecast accuracy
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate reporting, and enhance data quality
