Alfa Laval is looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to join their team. The role involves handling FSE-generated leads, converting qualified leads into CRM opportunities, and supporting service patrols in process industry customers.
Requirements
- End-to-end handling of FSE-generated leads
- Qualifying leads and converting them into CRM opportunities
- Acting as a single point of contact between FSEs, customers, and internal teams
- Handling service and spares transactions for lost / inactive accounts
- Supporting planned service patrols in process industry customers
- Expediting non-standard jobs through coordination with CSS, Service Centers, Technical / Engineering, and Supply Chain
