We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to drive sales and close deals, manage and grow customer relationships, and handle customer queries and resolve issues. As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll drive and exceed monthly sales targets, engage with inbound leads, and upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer value.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in B2C Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
- 1-2 years of experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- Strong sales and closing skills with the ability to identify customer needs and convert them into solutions
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive retention or upselling
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and ownership
- Familiarity with Saudi consumer behavior and expectations
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
