Lead Eurostar’s marketing strategy with a strong focus on digital growth, direct customer acquisition, brand visibility, and measurable commercial results across rental, leasing, and mobility solutions.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, drive qualified leads, and own website performance, landing pages, CRO, UX, and digital customer journey optimization.

Requirements

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Drive qualified leads, direct bookings, and customer acquisition through performance marketing.
• Own website performance, landing pages, CRO, UX, and digital customer journey optimization.
• Lead SEO, local SEO, AEO, and AI-search visibility strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions.
• Develop social media, content, and brand strategies to increase reach, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Strengthen CRM, lead tracking, attribution, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Use AI and marketing technology to improve content, automation, campaign performance, and customer experience.
• Manage offline marketing activities, partnerships, events, and brand activations where required.
• Monitor marketing KPIs including leads, bookings, conversion, CAC, revenue, and ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend based on commercial performance.
• Manage agencies and external marketing, creative, media, and technology partners.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, IT, and senior management to convert marketing activity into measurable business growth.
