Strategy & Business Development Lead

Role Overview

As Strategy & Business Development Lead, you will help shape Alleima’s corporate strategy and contribute to long-term business growth and value creation. You will work closely with divisions and senior leaders to support strategic planning and decision-making while leading complex, cross-functional projects that turn strategic priorities into tangible results.

What You Will Do

Drive and contribute to the development of Alleima’s corporate strategy, advance continuous business improvement, provide strategic analysis and support to the CEO and leadership teams, and lead development projects and facilitate workshops.

Requirements

• experience in strategy, business development or management consulting
• university degree in finance, engineering, business administration or a related field
• leading strategic projects, conducting market and business analyses, and identifying opportunities that contribute to business growth and long-term value creation
