Role Overview
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to serve as a versatile, analytical backbone of Alliance Technical Group’s commercial organization. In this role, you will move fluidly across reporting and analytics, sales operations, data governance, sales commissions, pricing support, and Salesforce administration. You will turn data into clear, actionable insight for sales leadership, keep our CRM and master data trustworthy, and drive adoption of new systems and processes across the business.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards in Salesforce, deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis for the commercial team, synthesize revenue, bookings, and pipeline data into clear, actionable recommendations for sales leadership, and support forecasting and predictive analytics.

Requirements
- 3–6+ years in revenue or sales operations, business analysis, or a comparable analytical commercial role
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience necessary; Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Advanced data-analysis skills, including advanced Excel and BI/reporting tools (Tableau a plus)
- Experience with master data management, CRM data governance, and data migration or integration preferred
- Familiarity with sales compensation/commission processes and pricing analytics a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and drive adoption through training and documentation
