Establishes productive relationships with key personnel, coordinates involvement of company resources, and seeks out development of key accounts across USA and Canada. Meets targets for profitable sales volume and leads account planning and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including Technical Support, Warranty, Marketing, and Customer Service resources to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Seeks out development of key Medium/Heavy Duty accounts across USA and Canada
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume by closing a high level of new accounts
  • Proactively leads the account planning and forecasting process to develop performance objectives, milestones for one, three, and five-year periods.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs.
  • Leads solution development efforts to address customer needs, working cross-functionally within Diesel Forward.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry.
  • Report and provide feedback to the sales and marketing team using statistical data.
  • Utilize the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System to store and retrieve customer data.
  • Operate in conformance with the requirements of the quality management system.
  • Maintains records and reports expenses on a monthly basis according to Company policy
  • Assist other employees in and out of the department.
  • Provide feedback on system changes/needs.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
