Requirements
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including Technical Support, Warranty, Marketing, and Customer Service resources to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Seeks out development of key Medium/Heavy Duty accounts across USA and Canada
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume by closing a high level of new accounts
- Proactively leads the account planning and forecasting process to develop performance objectives, milestones for one, three, and five-year periods.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs.
- Leads solution development efforts to address customer needs, working cross-functionally within Diesel Forward.
- Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry.
- Report and provide feedback to the sales and marketing team using statistical data.
- Utilize the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System to store and retrieve customer data.
- Operate in conformance with the requirements of the quality management system.
- Maintains records and reports expenses on a monthly basis according to Company policy
- Assist other employees in and out of the department.
- Provide feedback on system changes/needs.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
