Role Overview
The role involves working with customers to understand their financial goals and providing tailored advice on pensions, investments, protection, and savings. The Financial Planning Specialist will work with a team of over 140 financial planning professionals to help customers achieve better financial outcomes.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include building trusted relationships with customers, providing expert advice, and developing relationships with existing customers to grow the portfolio through referrals and strong stakeholder partnerships.

Requirements
- Fully QFA qualified
- Demonstrable experience providing comprehensive financial planning advice to customers
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and savings solutions
- Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships, generate opportunities, and deliver results
- Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills
