Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for converting incoming phone inquiries into new customers, assisting with customer service, and meeting sales targets. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be expected to adapt to changing situations. The role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day activities will involve handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, and collaborating with other teams to assist customers. You will also be responsible for submitting sales through ALLO’s website, scheduling installations, and documenting leads through our LeadAgent CRM.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Inside sales and/or retail sales experience preferred
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to learn and grasp new concepts on the job
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer
  • Possess/Maintain a valid Driver’s License
