GTM Systems Administrator

Role Overview

The GTM Systems team owns Salesforce and the surrounding stack that Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product depend on every day. As Alloy grows past 900 financial institutions and fintechs, the systems layer is what turns that growth into clean pipeline, accurate forecasts, and fast decisions.

What You Will Do

You’ll own the day-to-day configuration, reliability, and user experience of Alloy’s Salesforce instance, the system of record for our entire go-to-market org. Within 3 to 6 months you’ll be the go-to owner of user support, data quality, and the declarative build work that keeps the GTM stack running.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must-haves: 5+ years as a hands-on Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. Deep declarative Salesforce skills across Flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts, with a track record of building automation without code.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a hands-on Salesforce Administrator
• Deep declarative Salesforce skills across Flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts
• Experience owning data quality end to end, including dedupe, validation, and hygiene processes
• Strong customer-service instincts and clear communication with users who are not technical
• High attention to detail and a habit of documenting configuration changes so they stay maintainable
• Able to run multiple support requests and project work in parallel
