Senior Product Operations Manager

Alloy is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to work with the Product and Engineering teams to build cross-functional processes, launch new products, and improve team collaboration. The role involves leading strategy and operations, improving processes, and facilitating effective collaboration between teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product, product ops, engineering, or operations background
• A track record of building processes and programs from 0 to 1 and scaling them thoughtfully
• Success managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
