We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to take full strategic ownership of scaling Almedia’s user acquisition to the next level. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale performance marketing operations across diverse channels.
Requirements
- Develop & Own Growth Strategy: Design and execute the overarching performance marketing strategy to achieve ambitious daily ad spend goals (targeting $100k+ USD/day), continually optimizing for User Acquisition (UA) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Lead Multi-Channel Execution: Direct high-budget UA campaigns across a diverse portfolio including Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads (Search, Display, App Campaigns, YouTube), ensuring a balanced and high-performing channel mix.
- Strategic Budget Allocation: Manage multi-million dollar budgets with full autonomy.
- Identify & Launch New Channels: Proactively research, test, and lead the successful launch of new UA channels from scratch, expanding our reach to untapped audiences and fostering continuous growth.
- Cross-Functional Growth Leadership: Collaborate strategically with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams to identify new growth levers, improve conversion funnels, and ensure creative assets align with channel-specific best practices.
- Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Establish robust measurement frameworks and conduct deep-dive analyses on multi-channel performance.
