We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to take full strategic ownership of scaling Almedia’s user acquisition to the next level. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale performance marketing operations across diverse channels.

Requirements

  • Extensive Strategic Leadership: Senior-level experience (7+ years) in performance marketing, with a demonstrable track record of scaling UA budgets to $100k+ USD daily.
  • Platform Agnostic Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise across Google Ads, and App Install Networks.
  • New Channel Development: Proven ability to identify and successfully scale new acquisition channels from the ground up.
  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in dissecting complex performance data, building attribution models, and formulating high-impact strategies based on unit economics.
